what is your return policy?

Ready to ship items only can be returned.

Must be shipped back by customer within 5 days - unworn & in original packaging.
Email here with any return requests

Once item is received a refund will be issued.

how long will my item take to get here?

please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the completion of made to order designs.
If a piece is listed as ready to ship it will arrive to you in about 2 weeks or less. (depending on your location)

ships in 1-3 business days.

how do i order in my size?

for made to order designs you will be prompted to choose your size from the available drop down menu. For half and quarter sizes that are not listed, please input your exact size in the notes portion during checkout.

It’s important to know your size and order correctly as made to order designs cannot be returned.
going to a local jeweler and getting measured is the best way to know your exact size.

Do you make anything in white gold?

yes! any designs i currently offer can be custom made with white gold. Custom work with white gold is available as well as platinum. Please note, I do not rhodium plate any of the white gold pieces i offer. I prefer to keep things as natural as possible. If you would like your piece rhodium plated send an email to discuss a custom request.
 

is everything handmade?

I use a mixture of hand fabrication and designs produced using cad software and casting.

any pieces that are fully hand fabricated will be listed as such
